Inspection Service
$50 Flat Inspection Fee – XS Boost charges a flat inspection fee on equipment sent in for the rebuild service. The fee will be applied toward the rebuild service if services are performed.
Instructions:
1. Download the “Rebuild Service Form”
2. Put the Turbocharger along with the “Rebuild Service Form” securely in a box to ship. We encourage you to use a well-protected box and wrap the turbo/ parts in some type of padding.
3. Ship to:

4. Within 1 -2 business days after receiving your package we will inspect your turbocharger and contact you with a final quote before starting the service.

Our Process
When it comes to servicing your turbocharger, including the cleaning process, at XSBoost Turbochargers, we believe in using the best and newest equipment on the market. The first step in the rebuild process is a full inspection. If any of the rotating parts are found to be damaged, fatigued or unusable at this point, we will contact you and give you a full quote for repairing or replacing the parts.
There is no upfront payment or deposit required, and you are not obligated to complete the rebuild after you have received a quote (if the rebuild will be much more extensive, or costly, than what you had planned, for example).
After the inspections process, we utilize the latest in ultrasonic technology. Your turbocharger will be cleaned with 2000 watts of ultrasonic sound waves able to penetrate and clean every oil port, thread and blind hole previous cleaning methods have not been unable to reach, clean properly or damage and remove material in the process.
We utilize multiple turbocharger balancing machines to balance individual components (compressor and turbine shaft) and balance the complete rotating assembly or CHRA.

Small frame turbochargers will be balanced in Cartridge, large frame (typically diesel/Industrial) will be balanced as an assembly.
