RETURN POLICY

All turbochargers come with 12 month repair or replacement warranty. There are no refunds on any installed parts, regardless of fault or reason. Refund is only offered for a 30 day from the purchase date on uninstalled items. Shipping charges are not refunded and 15% Restocking fee will be applied.

Whether you have an item to return or a problem with your turbocharger, please call before sending it in, so we can direct you in how to proceed.

Do not ship anything back before checking with us first, and making sure you qualify for a refund or Warranty coverage. When shipping an item back to us please, pack properly. If a shipment is damaged due to improper packaging a credit cannot be issued.

Core charge must be added to the cart to Complete transaction. If no core charge is selected, Turbocharger will not ship, and we will wait to receive your turbocharger to rebuild and return.

Core charges will be refunded upon return of your old Core. A free prepaid UPS return label will be provided
